Gentell Bordered Gauze is a multi-purpose wound dressing that saves nursing time and is easy to apply. A non-adherent pad is paired with a conforming beveled spun-lace tape to create a secure, comfortable dressing that stays in place. May be used as a primary or secondary dressing. • Serves as either primary or secondary dressing • Meets Medicare guidelines for secondary cover dressings • Gentle, spun-lace, hypoallergenic tape allows skin to breathe and reduces skin tears Directions: • Irrigate the wound with Gentell Wound Cleanser and gently dry the skin surrounding the wound site. • Choose appropriate size dressing based on the dimensions of the wound. • Remove paper backing and apply Gentell Bordered Gauze directly over the surface of the wound. • Repeat daily or as ordered by a physician.
